Course delivery
The course will happen via three weekly live and interactive Zoom calls

Week 1
During this session we explore the question "How can I return to the present moment?" We will look at how we can stay in joy and presence despite what is going on around us. Uncovering the things which are causing us suffering and practising tools to bring is into the present moment We will discover 'tools' of awareness that will shed light on our patterns and thinking which have caused suffering. We will understand our own roles in perpetuating drama and how we can live a more empowered life.

Week 2
We will look at how Mindfulness can help awaken the joy of teaching and being with children. Taking our lead from children, we will practise 'seeing with the eyes of our heart'

Week 3
During this session we will learn the powerful 4 step process you can take with you anywhere to connect with your heart and live out of your own authenticity. We will also bring together the Mindfulness technique called 'Wheel of Awareness' that will help you shift into peace.
